Gazal’s decade-long tenure at Sumitomo Pharmaceuticals showcased her versatility and leadership across multiple domains. In clinical operations, she earned the reputation of a "clinical trial rescuer" for her proven ability to revitalize failing trials within tight timeframes while consistently ensuring milestones were met. Additionally, as Country Head of Digital Health Innovation, Gazal spearheaded the clinical development and commercialization of a groundbreaking digital therapeutic product, further solidifying her expertise in advancing healthcare innovation through technology.
In addition to her industry accomplishments, Gazal has served on the boards of digital health companies and as a college professor, teaching courses in clinical trial design and execution, further underscoring her commitment to advancing the field through leadership and education.
